There is a reason why he can feel that he is constantly failing throughout this matter of «health and physical state.» And no, it is not because it lacks willpower, discipline or knowledge. It is not because you are «doing badly» or because you have not found the correct training, the meal plan or the supplement stack.
It is because the system is designed to fail. And keep failing.
The culture of the diet, a patriarchy tool, was never built to make you healthy, strong or thriving. It was designed to stay exhausted, hate your body and distract endlessly from what really works.
Because? Because the worst your body image, the more likely you will have to spend money on the millions of «solutions» that the well -being industry has to sell.
In summary, the objective of the well -being industry is to make it a consumer for life, always chasing the gold pot at the end of the rainbow instead of doing things that really work but do not turn them into money.
What is the culture of the diet, really?
The culture of the diet is a belief system that loves thinness, equates it with health and places morality in food and body size. It is thriving with the false promise that if only eats less, he exercises more and pursues the always elegant «ideal body», he will finally be happy, worthy and accepted.
But this is what the culture of the diet does not want you to know:
- Skinny is not the same as health.
- Losing weight will not necessarily make you happier.
- The «well -being» industry is a multi -million dollar machine that benefits from its insecurities.
The culture of the diet has deep roots in racism, patriarchy and capitalism. It was based on the idea that self -denial is virtuous, that the largest bodies are lower and that women must remain small, physical, mental and emotional. And now, in its modern form, it transforms into new costumes: welfare trends, biohacking fashions, obsessions of «clean food» and fat burning training that leave it exhausted instead of empowering.
The cost of believing the lie
Let’s talk about what happens when you buy the rules of diet culture:
- You are enough money on things that do not work. Every year, people spend thousands of dollars on green powders, supplements, meal plans, weight loss programs and phytness memberships that promise transformation, but leave them burned and empty hands.
- You spend time obsessing with things that really do not move the needle. Trying to eliminate all the «chemicals» and «toxins» of your diet, doing exercises of «problematic area» to «snatch the waist» and «tone its thighs», and following the «hormonal equilibrium» protocol of some influencers, for example, if it is still exhausted, without problems and wonders why nothing works.
- You lose connection with your body. Diet Culture teaches you to ignore hunger signs, jump meals, focus exclusively on calorie burn and cancel what your body really needs. It tells us that we still think about strict rules and that «optimization» relentlessly persecute to the point that there is no joy or spontaneity in life.
- They catch you in the exhaustion cycle. Extreme training, food restriction and the relentless search for weight loss create a vicious circle of exhaustion and self-bulama. The white knot that your path to health will not work. If you can’t keep doing it, you can’t help you in the long term.
And the worst part? Nothing of this garbage makes you stronger, more resistant or more capable. In fact, most will only take you further of physical and mental health.
The alternative: work smarter, not more difficult
If you want real health, real strength and real energy, you must reject the shit of diet culture and concentrate on what really works:
- Train for strength and durability. Stop chasing calorie burning and start lifting, running, jumping and moving so that it makes it more resistant.
- Eat for energy and performance. Leave the obsession with cutting calories, cut carbohydrates, demonize the foods you enjoy and «eat eating» and, instead, make up on feed your body properly.
- Prioritize recovery and sleep. The most effective and most effective tools for real health. If you are not resting enough, a cold fall or a green powder will not make a difference in your life.
- Play the long game. The real results do not come from rapid solutions. They come from consistent, intelligent, Repeatable effort over time.
The prognosis: we are in a new era of women’s health
For decades, women have sold the same garbage of recycled diet culture, only wrapped in new and tastier containers. But it is clear that we have entered a new era.
More women reject the culture of the diet and demand better. They want strength, resistance and vitality. They want training to build them instead of decomposing them. They want nutrition that supports their energy instead of exhausting it.
And it is time for us to demand the change of the well -being industry by rejecting its approach to body shame, «obtain skinny at any cost» for marketing and the development of «solutions» that probably make no difference in our lives, except maybe lighten our wallets.
Your choice: Keep playing or opting for not
So here is the real question: are you ready to stop playing the game that was designed so you can lose? Are you ready to change your approach to the things that really matter: your strength, your energy, your resistance?
If you are nodding, if this is getting home, then welcome. You are exactly where you need to be.
