(Nothing like a decaffeinated American and a gluten -free donut)
It is already in the 90s here, but I love it. So ready for summer. I hope you have a fun weekend ahead!
Last week it was ours Carmina Burana performance and it was epic. (Look at the article here and a small clip of our choir practice). It was a gift to be surrounded by so many talented musicians and the place was full; Almost completely exhausted for Sunday’s show. The pilot brought the children on Friday and Mother and Nani came to the show on Sunday. Liv also had a dance competition in the same place, so I was Mrs. Doubtfire, between simponizas actions and the life of the dance mother.
It’s time for the weekly party of Friday’s favos! This is where I share some of my favorite findings of the week and around the web. I always love listening to your favorites, so please shout something that you love in the comments section below.
4.4 Favos on Friday
Fashion + beauty + random:
This week was our first official week of Education at Hogar P. (LIV is happy and thriving in the school to which it was broadcast in January). I am working on a blog post with all the details, it will be Tuesday, but it is even better than I expected. We can spend a quality time together, learn and also have freedom to adjust the plan as necessary. I never intended to be a mother of education at home, but I love it so far.
Every day we work to read, write, mathematics and take Maisey to walk. We add scientific, baked experiments, art, Spanish and social studies/geography throughout the week. I am definitely flying through the seat of my pants, but I am very grateful to their home education classmates who have intervened to help me with tips and ideas of curriculum!
Dying for this new collection.

I just wanted to share this client victory for the week! This client was on a weight loss plateau and was fighting with inflammation, joint pain and dry eyes. We have been playing the long game, starting with functional tests to determine imbalances, rebalance your body, work on the regulation of the nervous system and repair your metabolism with the reverse diet.
He won the way to a cut, and now he is eating the same amount of calories that it was when we started working together, losing weight, inches, improvement of his body composition, stronger with his training and eye problems and joint pain are non -existent. She is crushing it absolutely and has been incredible to see her progress.

Thank you very much for going through the blog today! Have an incredible weekend and I will see you soon!
