Ok, then my eye story. A couple of years ago, I changed my eye routine and my eye care. (I will share some of these things below). During the past year, I also noticed that my glasses felt too strong for me. They began to bother me and felt like magnifying glass, especially while driving. I had to have my annual event of the medical eye, and I went to a new office because RX’s last appointment was a disaster (he gave me contacts and ended up being allergic to the contacts or the solution, and when I returned to the office, she acted as if it were my fault that my eyes were completely swollen.
He did my eye exam and told me that for the first time in my life, my recipe had decreased. It had been a -5.25 from sixth grade, and now my RX had -5.0. This was a great victory, and they pumped me in this regard!
I have continued and recently decided to ask for a pair of Vivarays prescribed after investigating a ton on blue light lock glasses. How naturally I improved my view
But, here are the things that I think have helped the most:
– Eye cleaning and hygeine. This is disgusting, but before the eye saga, I never really cleaned my eyelids. I used some facial washing and made sure that the makeup was mostly off, but that was all. Now, my eyelids are clean every night and in the morning, when I wake up.
My current routine:
AM: Wake up and use a Cornea care Eye mask for 15-20 minutes while I go to bed.
Two drops of Update Mega without preservative (I hate the ingredients and single -use plastic, but it works better. I can’t wait Eye‘new fall to leave)
Clean the eyelids with Cliradex Timple (use 1/4 wipe every morning)
PM: Clean face with Fresh cleaner And make the rest of my skin care routine
Clean the eyelids with Oasis and eyelashes (half use wipe every night)

– Parasites cleaning. At the beginning of my great eye, I had a horrible blepharitis, which is excessive growth of demodex mites in the eyelids, eyelashes and lid margins. They live and create biofilms, they are bacteria machines! – And the cleaning of parasites placed the nail in the coffin for them.
My eyes are no longer crispy, red or goopy, at one time, they were red, disgusting and inflamed for about 10 weeks. – Put my dry eyes under control. My eyes rarely bother me because I use the warm compress in the morning, it falls twice a day, my eyelids are clean and hydrate with electrolytes throughout the day. Dry eyes can worsen vision.
– Nervous system regulation. Stress is inflammatory and impacts all the main processes in our bodies. I have been working on cortisol patterns and nerve regulation for years, but I am finally in the place where I feel calmer and balanced, even in total chaos (mostly). – This book. This was recommended by Roudo (which founded Vivarays) at the reinvention health summit, and I downloaded it instantly. It is full of useful strategies and advice, but the greatest conclusion is that The less it depends on your glasses, the less you will need them over time.
I realized that I had started doing this when I couldn’t use my contacts for many weeks. I didn’t like using my glasses for training, so I jumped them. In hot yoga, everyone around me were a giant blur. Finally they became diffuse humans, and then I could eventually see details, such as patterns or logos in their clothes.
While he cannot leave his glasses to drive, he can abandon them absolutely for other things without compromising security, even if he only begins with meditation.
