Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothie

This strawberry cheese pastel is a dream. I love adding the word «cheese cake» to any recipe you can find.

Who does not want to read about cheese cake? If this blog were more fun, I could also rage about Beefcake (my favorites are Daniel Craig and Eduris Elba, whom I would like to add that they are an appropriate meat cake since I am 49 years old).

This recipe is not really a version of real cheesecake. There are a multitude of blogs that cover cheese cake and are much more popular than mine. Dessert blogs are some of the biggest food blogs that exist.

I often wonder what kind of money I could have won if I had chosen to write about impressive cupcakes.

Unfortunately, we are trapped with a false cheese cake and today we can do it in a blender without cheese. This recipe works because it uses Greek yogurt that is naturally sour (such as cream cheese) and a citrus coup that is key for it to have a cheese cake taste.

I don’t know exactly why this recipe is so perfect, but it is. You do not need fresh strawberries to make this shake, which makes it more affordable and easy to prepare without a trip to the grocery store. However, you can use them and you will bring the yum factor!

If you don’t have a Zester citrus, this is your time. The flavor in a lemon peel is an extravagance of zero calories, but if you shit on the white marrow, it is too bitter.

My Citrus Zester is one of my favorite cooking tools for individual use (see below) because it works! I make two portions of this and then I keep some for the next day.

Feel free to cut the recipe in half to do only one of these for a snack in season.
