Healthy oven oats is always a success in my house. It is like a muffin (and like a pudding).

I talk a lot about oatmeal and have presented two night recipes: Crockpot oatmeal with old oatmeal and oats during the night with chia seeds.

This is probably a recipe that will do in advance. I do not know many people who have time before working to bake for their family. You can freeze it in squares and reheat it in the microwave or simply leave the tray in the refrigerator for next week. Hot breakfast in 30 seconds !!
Is:
- ridiculously easy to make
- Convenient for AM Rush
- comforting and satisfactory
It’s like a little love in a bowl and healthy oven is customizable. You can add any fruit that you can have in the kitchen. I used some peaches in frozen slices and blueberries because I am too vague to cut anything. You could use apples, mangoes, strawberries, pears, etc.
All you do is mix it, bake and store it in the refrigerator until you are ready to eat it. You can also cut it into squares and freeze it for individual portions. It freezes well and can be heated in the Frozen microwave.
This recipe has 1/2 the sugar of most other baked oatmeal recipes. I changed it because if it is not sweet enough for you, it is easy to add some sweetener to the finished product.
You can also do it without Arce syrup or added sugar. You don’t need it if you are trying to reduce your aggregate sugar intake. Yo
My son likes a little milk and arce syrup added to his baked oatmeal «heated in the microwave.» It feels good to give it a hot breakfast when I am literally fighting to get it out of the door.
I put a little peanut butter or simple yogurt in mine because I like a taster.
This recipe can be done without gluten if you use Gluten -free certified oats. Many oats are processed in the same machines as wheat, so it must be attentive when buying them.
Do you make an baked oatmeal? What do you put in him?
