Hello friends! Happy Friday! How was the week? I hope it was incredible. Ours started in Orlando and ended in your with a sick pilot and I spinning hahaha. This weekend, I look forward to symphony, spend time with friends, a walk and a trip to Phoenix for the first dance competition of the LIV season.

Adventures at Disney World:
Disney was perfection, as always. We arrived late Friday night and sleep a little before heading to Magic Kingdom on Saturday. We spend the day doing all the attractions and have lunch in Be Our Guest. This is one of our basic foods, but the food was especially incredible during this trip.
(I also ate wedding panecillos and a French onion soup that they did without the cruton)
I mentioned the waiter who was my girlfriend; He asked me if there were allergies on the table and told him that he was not allergic but that I avoid it for health reasons, and brought so many gluten -free delicacies!
I must admit that the food in our last cruise to Disney disappointed us, and this time the food in the parks was much better. Everything was fresh and delicious, and it was very easy to find options, proteins and gluten -free vegetables between the usual cascade of Disney corn and candy popcorn. 😉
We arrived at the park at 11 and we have lunch quietly, but we could still make 15 attractions and close the park.
It was our first time in Tron and it was very fun.
On Sunday it rained a little and had predicted storms throughout the day.
We had ponchos (they are always bought at Amazon; in the parks they cost about $ 15), and also suit shoe ponchos, Which ended up saving the day !! We were totally dry and nobody had their feet soaked. 😉
The good news is that the rain decreased, there were no storms and we could do all the attractions. I have a strange fear of dinosaurs (I think it’s because they were once real, but they really scared me) and the family convinced me to overcome my fear and make the dinosaur walk.
Hehaha went very well.
Avatar’s attractions were a very necessary palate cleaner: Flight of Passage is epic at all times.
We saw the show of the lion king (very good) and had lunch in satu’li can sing.
(Chicken, sweet potato, cabbage salad and chimichurri sauce)
We finished the night at Disney Springs and we got up early for our flight from Monday morning!
It was a fast trip, but it was great and the perfect way to celebrate LIV’s 13th birthday.

My friend Julia He mentioned the show Younger Today, I discovered it and fell in love with him last week. Netflix appeared in my «recommendation for you» and I had no idea that it was an older program; I thought it was new. I thought to myself: «Wow, between this and Hugh Jackman, Sutton Foster is really going through a moment at this time.» It’s ingenious, fun, romantic and I have been enjoying it while walking on my walking platform.
Fitness, health, life and good food:
New toothpaste! I’ve been following Doctor b and Dr. Staci On Instagram for a while, so he was excited to try his brand. It is * very * sweet but I love ingredients and so far it seems to do a good job. If you are looking for a cleaner toothpaste option, check it! P tried it last night and loves.
I asked for a box of this water with hydrogen and, although the taste is incredible, the shipment was horrible. The shipment took eternity and half of the cans were abolled, so I have feelings found in this regard.
