Hello friends! I hope you are having an incredible morning. If you feel a little blah and look for a motivation explosion, I hope you join us for this year Spring Forward Welfare Challenge. All the details are below!

I have been executing fitness and well -being challenges in my blog from the beginning, and every year they evolve to something different and better than the previous year. This is 100% thanks to all of you: your support and motivation shared with each other, incredible records and comments maintain this. You help each other in the shapes of your goals, and as your cheerleader from the side, it is moving and inspiring to see.

What is Spring Forward’s well -being challenge?

What to expect:

ROCKED and roll on Monday, April 21.

When you register, everything is delivered to your entrance tray: 2 weeks of training + video tutorials, weekly plans and guidelines on the structuring of its week, recipe package and a complete food plan of two weeks for a healthy eating inspiration. You can start with us on April 21, or if you are ready to do it now, start when you want!

Its objective is to complete 10 training in 14 days, take the well -being things that I share every day in their entrance tray and see what works for your life. My goal is that you feel energized and surprising, to advance progress and impulse.

How to prepare for success:

Gather your supplies.

You will need the following tools for a successful challenge:

1) A notebook or follow -up tool (app) on your phone.

I like to kick him in the old school and write my training and my life in a notebook. Find what works best for you and practice writing your meals, training, water intake and how you feel every day. If you plan to track your macros, download my PAL or stopwatch fitness.

2) weights.

The training will be only weights and body weight, which means that you can do them anywhere at any time. For beginners, I suggest that the weights of 3-5 lb, intermediates 8-15 lbs and advanced 15 pounds +.

Find a challenging weight for you and consider investing in a light and heavy set. It will use your light set for your smallest muscle groups (such as triceps) and heavy for larger muscle groups (ex: back and legs).

3) A large bottle of water.

This will be your accessory for the challenge (and let’s be realistic, it is becoming roasted. We need to hydrate!). Find one that you like and prepare to take it with you everywhere!

4) Good shoes.

If your shoes are in your last stage (literal), it is time for a new pair. Be sure to have comfortable and functional sneakers that are well. My sneakers are vivobarefoot.

5) A training friend.

6) Start starting your motivation.

Establish your intentions or create an inspiration board. If you prefer to write everything, take a few minutes for a newspaper about how you want to feel when the challenge ends. Why do you want to change your routine? What does not work at this time? How do you want to feel in two weeks? What do you want to achieve? Start pumping for success!

Friendly reminder that this challenge is not about losing weight; It’s about returning to a routine, bringing your current routine to the next level, creating healthy habits and feeling incredible. If weight loss, muscle construction or fat loss is part of its objective, I will also support it with that!
