The last time I wrote about Tilapia in Frita Tilapia after Frozen’s pan, there was a discussion in the comments about whether the tilapia is a «garbage fish.»

I am a Tilapia fan due to the price (and you can find it in each section of frozen supermarket fish). It reminds me of COD, which is much more expensive and more difficult to find.

Many recipes for tilapia (and other white, squamous and soft fish) have butter for flavor, which makes sense, but you are trying to reduce its intake of saturated fats, this is not a good option.

I used lemon juice, olive oil and garlic to pump the taste of my baked tilapia. Just take a minute to judge a lemon and cut some garlic.

Throw it on the fish and take it in the oven. You will have a meal in a short time!
