This fast banana bread obtains its speed from a gofre.

To say that I am a little obsessed with my gofres iron is a euphemism. I have made a gofre of banana peanut butter and a bite for the potato of gofres.
After a serious but brief deliberation, I have decided to give my stove and microwave and keep my iron of gofres. What am I doing with all these appliances?
What I like about my gofres iron is that I do little amounts of lovely food and just have a few minutes. In this way, I do not finish too delicious food, for example, a whole bread of banana bread.
In addition, I don’t have to wait a whole hour for something to bake, so I cut my time in the kitchen. Cattle!

Ingredients
1 egg
¼ cup of sugar
2 pure bananas
1/3 cup of milk serum
2 teaspoons of vegetable oil
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
1 cup of white wheat flour or ½ cup of white flour and ½ cup of whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon sodium bicarbonate
¼ teaspoon of salt
Instructions
Sprinkle an iron gofre with nonstick spray. Using a whipper or fork beat eggs and sugar in a medium bowl. Add bananas puree, milk serum, vegetable oil and vanilla and mix. Mix the flour, baking powder, sodium bicarbonate and salt until they mix.
Place approximately ¼ cup of dough in 4 sections of gofres iron and cook for 4 minutes. Remove when it is firm. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for later.
