Does you raise your hand if you think the shape of the pasta affects its flavor? I love Wagon Wheel and Bow-Tie. They are extra chewable! This recipe for a foam paste salad was inspired by an old recipe that I made on the blog in the first days. We used to do a lot of picnic and this was a favorite to share with a group.

In general, pasta salads are very easy to make and make my favorite summer garrisons. Start cooking paste, cut some more ingredients and mix everything together with a dressing. It is very warm, cold, made on a day of preparation, taken to a walk or as a main plate with protein at the top (the rolling chicken or sausage rounds would be so good in this!). I love how easy it is to eat cold pasta salad for days.

This Italian pasta salad is my new favorite. I couldn’t stop eating it the day I did it!

Spine Pasta Salad

This recipe for loop tie paste salad requires simple ingredients with an Italian theme: roasted tomatoes and pepper, fresh mozzarella balls and juicy Kalamata olives. In addition to chopped fresh basil loads. Certainly, you can mix and combine different ingredients that you can have by hand: black olives, red onions, roasted zucchini, green beans.

The Italian dressing of Lemon Yegurt is delicious and will sink into the pasta as it cools. The Greek yogurt adds a little more protein. I love adding it to recipes for a little more nutrition than mayonnaise alone. The Italian seasoning contributes greatly to marry the flavors of the entire recipe. Of course, if you have fresh herbs, use more of them! I bought basil for this recipe, but if you have more in your garden, the more, the more joy. Fresh oregano or Italian parsley would also be great.

I intended to turn on my lemon before, I would recommend adding the zest to your dish! If you don’t have a lemon, red wine vinegar also works.

You could also turn this recipe into a pasta salad. salad Adding newly chopped spinach or collized.
