16. Oats during the night: Combine 1/2 cup of ancient oatmeal and 1 cup of milk (dairy or non -dairy) in a small mason bottle (add a powder protein cable medium for additional impulse if you wish). Cover and let it stand in the fridge during the night. Add the ingredient option in the morning, such as sliced fruit, tablespoons of nuts or seed butter, or honey or arce syrup.
17. Oat packages for makeup: Press 1 cup fast oatmeal in a blender or food processor until it forms a powder. Combine oat dust with two rapid oatmeal cups.
