Today, I wanted to chat a little about Buddha’s bowls and one of my favorite recipes for salad dressings. I do this almost weekly and I love having it by hand.

This Buddha Bowl dressing is the perfect balance of spicy, salty and slightly sweet flavors. It is simple to do, without gluten and can be stored in the refrigerator up to a week. Whether you eat preparing or making a fresh bowl, I hope you enjoy it as much as I!
Ingredients
1/2 cup of olive oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce (or tamari for gluten -free option)
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon of maple or honey syrup
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 tablespoon of tahini
1/2 lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
Sriracha splatter
