This is a quick gift recipe that your furry friend will love! I used bean flour chickpeas (they love chickpeas!), But do not hesitate to use whole wheat.

1 cup Chickpea bean flour (you can use whole wheat)

3 Eggs (book 1 for egg washing)

1/4 cup Pumpkin puree

1/2 cup peanut butter (check the ingredients for peanuts and salt only)

1/2 cup fast kitchen oats

Flour for all use to roll

Choice cookie cutters

1. Preheat the oven to 325 and align a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, combine two eggs (reserve one for egg washing), peanut butter, pumpkin puree, flour and oatmeal. Stir until a dough is formed, adding more chickpea beans or a little flour for all use if necessary.
3. Sprinkle some flour for all use on a clean surface and add the dough. It will be a bit sticky, so use the flour to cover the exterior of the dough while the rolling is approximately 1/2 inch thick.
4. Cut in shapes, then put it gently on the prepared bakery tray.
5. Combine the remaining mass, surround and repeat.
6. For the egg to wash, in a small bowl, beat the remaining egg and 1 tablespoon of water. Use a pastry brush to paint the top of each gift with egg washing.
7. Transfer the baking tray and bake for about 30 minutes, until they are hard and golden back.
8. Let cool completely before storing or serve.
